CapoeiraSport ("CapSport", "we", "us") collects information you provide when creating an account (name, organization name, email address) and data generated during competition management (athlete names, scores, bracket results). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the CapSport service, process competition data, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security. Competition data is isolated per organization — no organization can access another organization's data.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is isolated in a separate tenant workspace. We maintain industry-standard security practices and audit trails for all scoring data.

4. Data Retention

Competition data is retained for as long as your organization account is active. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-first analytics (no cookies) to understand site usage. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

1. Service Description

CapSport is a Software-as-a-Service platform for running Capoeira competitions. The service is provided on a per-event basis with tiered pricing (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Each tier includes specific features as described on our pricing page.

2. Account Responsibilities

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Each organization receives an isolated workspace; sharing access credentials outside your organization is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

CapSport may only be used for legitimate Capoeira competition management. Misuse, including unauthorized access to other organizations' data, attempting to manipulate scoring results, or using the platform for non-Capoeira competition purposes, may result in account termination.

4. Payment & Refunds

Pricing is per-event as described on our pricing page. Payment is required before event activation. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted before the event begins.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

CapoeiraSport provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for competition outcomes, judging decisions made through the platform, or any damages arising from use of the service. Scoring data and audit trails are provided for reference; the ultimate authority on competition results rests with the organizing body.
